I have no idea if this is true, but it makes sense logically. "Priority" means "coming before" or "first in rank or importance". Ultimately, only ONE priority is possible. Only one thing can be THE most important. All other considerations can be ranked in descending order of importance, but they cannot technically be called "priorities".
This would be a good thing to keep in mind when considering this commandment from Jesus in Matthew 6:
"So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
There cannot be two or more things that we "seek first" - it is logically (as well as practically) impossible.
